The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. The free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Stayed here a night for husband's birthday and it was very nice. Asked the hotel staff for a birthday decoration in the room and was given a birthday cake instead, which was pretty good. Shout out to Mas Malik for helping the arrangement! Also requested for early check-in (an hour early) and my room was available right on time! The breakfast menu were all tasty, their reheated croissant topped with Nutella was my favorite. Good job all Harris Klp Gading team. Definitely will come back 👍.
