I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Harris. The facilities were complete and comfortable, from the clean and spacious room to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is also very convenient, close to various attractions and shopping centers. The breakfast offered was varied and delicious. Overall, my experience at Hotel Harris was very enjoyable, and I would definitely return when visiting this city.

Harris Hotel Ciumbuleuit has always been my go-to choice when traveling—whether for business or staycations with my family. For my needs, the hotel's location is very strategic. It's conveniently situated: easy access to Lembang via Punclut, close to the city center, and relatively near the Pasteur toll gate. The staff consistently deliver excellent service—friendly, responsive, and efficient. Facilities are more than adequate, with a gym, swimming pool, and even a play center for kids. The rates are reasonable, and one of the things I appreciate most is the spacious room size compared to the standard rates they offer. I highly recommend Hotel Harris to anyone visiting Bandung, whether you're traveling with family or on a business trip.

Visited Bandung with my family on November 25th and 26th, 2025. Choosing a connecting room with a request from our online booking created a homey and comfortable atmosphere. Staying in rooms 601 and 602 was a unique experience for one night, with relatively close access to the city. The room was clean and the breakfast menu was varied. It was a pleasure to stay at the Harris Hotel & Conventions Ciumbuleuit Bandung.

Parking Space is very limited because sharing with apartment and no valet available, around 17:00 we plan to use swimming pools there is no attendant available so self service for towel

Stayed 6 nights. Asked for towels and called repeatedly, but they weren't delivered. The bathroom drain was clogged and took a long time to drain. Bottled drinking water is no longer provided, only water in cans.
