I live in West Kalimantan. My family travels quite a lot in a year, especially to Australia. Either just me, just my husband, or me and my husband, or we go with our kids. Harris Hotel Tuban is always our first choice for transit as the flights to overseas are usually at night time. The hotel is very close to the airport, only 5 minutes walk. If we go for holiday in Bali, we also stay at Harris. My children love to stay there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. We always wait for breakfast time as there will be a variety of foods and they are all yummy. Room service is great, lunch and dinner are great as well. Free shuttle bus is very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during my 3 days 2 nights stay there. There was also a luggage scale, so I could check before going to the airport whether my luggage was over the limit or not.

The location is strategically close to the airport and there's a free shuttle bus. 👍
However, the cleanliness of the room needs attention. When we moved the bed, the floor under the bed was very dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
And the biggest inconvenience was having to carry luggage up and down the stairs to the elevator, which was quite far from the room.

Hotel is very near to airport. Just across the road. But you need to walk around the fence perimeter. But not that far. Maybe less than 10minutes. Probably the road will be a bit busy during the day. At night not many cars. There will be several Gojek along the road. Quite safe. Room is fine enough for us. We just spent an overnight. The hotel compound is quite nice.

Stayed overnight while transiting to Rote Island next day. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Check in was fast and easy, no fuss. Pool area was clean and organised with a well stocked bar and great service. Close proximity to airport and several good food options. Free hourly airport shuttle bus also an unexpected bonus. Recommended highly, enjoyed it more than the Novotel at Ngurah Rai Airport and it was much less expensive.

The location is very close to the airport, there are shuttle facilities from the hotel too. The staff is friendly, the service is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel restaurant food is delicious. Access to everywhere is also easy. Overall it's okay. Already a regular stay here.

The location is strategically close to the airport and there's a free shuttle bus. 👍
However, the cleanliness of the room needs attention. When we moved the bed, the floor under the bed was very dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
And the biggest inconvenience was having to carry luggage up and down the stairs to the elevator, which was quite far from the room.

Hotel is very near to airport. Just across the road. But you need to walk around the fence perimeter. But not that far. Maybe less than 10minutes. Probably the road will be a bit busy during the day. At night not many cars. There will be several Gojek along the road. Quite safe. Room is fine enough for us. We just spent an overnight. The hotel compound is quite nice.

The staff is friendly. The service is great. The hotel is comfortable and clean. It's also close to the airport. So you won't have to rush to the airport 😊

Overall, it's okay. It's 3 km from Kuta Beach and close to several malls, although they're quiet. The bathroom sink needs some repairs in the future.

overall staffs were very hospitalize,,friendly,,hotel also very close with airport and other pacility,,we love it..but i would like to give litle note,,towels look like very2 old,need to replace it with new one,,the rest is wonderfull

Stayed overnight while transiting to Rote Island next day. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Check in was fast and easy, no fuss. Pool area was clean and organised with a well stocked bar and great service. Close proximity to airport and several good food options. Free hourly airport shuttle bus also an unexpected bonus. Recommended highly, enjoyed it more than the Novotel at Ngurah Rai Airport and it was much less expensive.

The location is very close to the airport, there are shuttle facilities from the hotel too. The staff is friendly, the service is very good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel restaurant food is delicious. Access to everywhere is also easy. Overall it's okay. Already a regular stay here.

I live in West Kalimantan. My family travels quite a lot in a year, especially to Australia. Either just me, just my husband, or me and my husband, or we go with our kids. Harris Hotel Tuban is always our first choice for transit as the flights to overseas are usually at night time. The hotel is very close to the airport, only 5 minutes walk. If we go for holiday in Bali, we also stay at Harris. My children love to stay there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. We always wait for breakfast time as there will be a variety of foods and they are all yummy. Room service is great, lunch and dinner are great as well. Free shuttle bus is very helpful.
