For almost a week staying here, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The AC is cold, the service is good, the room is clean and fragrant. Every day the room and toilet are cleaned. The shower is good, the hairdryer is good and has been provided. The staff are friendly and assisted with fast check-in and check-out. Highly recommended to stay here. Not far behind hotels in Jakarta and Bandung. If I go to Pekanbaru again, I will stay here again.

Upon check-in, I was fortunately able to check in early. Upon arrival, we encountered some issues with frequent power outages and a non-working AC. Fortunately, the staff were very responsive and quickly fixed the issue. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, with a soft mattress, and after the AC was fixed, it was very cold. The bathroom was also clean with hot water that worked well. The hotel's atmosphere was peaceful and the location was strategic. This prompt service made for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return.

The check-in staff were unfriendly, there was no explanation regarding Wi-Fi, breakfast vouchers, and there was no availability of upper floors, even though I had explained what I wanted in the booking. Furthermore, the activity outside the room was very audible in the room, so it was very noisy if someone pushed a trolley or had footsteps outside the room.
