Actually, overall it's good, Ma'am is friendly. Only when I borrowed a broom stick to clean the mattress was there no excuse, but not long after that an employee brought a broom stick (tebah). I wanted to cut the sheets because there was still hair * I don't know whose it is.:').

I was asked to pay an additional 80 thousand. The service was not very good. Then only a few bathrooms were on. Please take down the travoloka or something. We feel sorry for those of us who came all the way to rest. For the hotel, please improve the system/service

Kamarnya sangat kotor sekali, harga ditraveloka tidak sesuai, sampai sana masih disuruh bayar lagi ac 100k, handuk 2=30k, shower bocor, kamar mandi kotor, sprei, selimut tidak diganti, staff sangat tidak ramah, sangat-sangat mengecewakan sekali.

Sangat menyesal pesan hotel ini. Sampai hotel dan bertemu resepsionis niko tanpa senyum salam dan sapa dan dikatakan bahwa karena harga yang ditawarkan traveloka terlalu rendah, maka kalau mau menikmati layanan AC harus bayar 50 ribu, handuk sebesar 15 ribu dan extra bed ada biaya lagi. Pihak hotel malah menyalahkan pihak traveloka karena menetapkan harga yang terlalu rendah untuk ukuran hotel tersebut dan ini pengalaman yang sangat jelek buat saya dan tidak akan saya ulangi lagi ke depannya untuk hotel ini

I really don't recommend the accommodation. The staff are not friendly and very busy with their friends, very rude because they are waiting for rest, the rooms are dirty, the drains are clogged, the bed sheets are smelly and dirty, the rooms don't include AC, so add AC 50k, towels 1 15k.
