From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

I have only stayed at Hotel Santika Pandegiling once, I was quite impressed because it was in accordance with my expectations. So I added another night so that the total stay was 2 nights. This is a 3-star hotel but the facilities & services feel like 4-star according to the price. This hotel is great. Next time I go to Sby and need to stay, this hotel will be my main choice. The staff are very friendly 👍

Although it's not a new hotel, it's clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is also quite delicious. Room amenities are also complete. Unfortunately, my deluxe room didn't have a hairdryer, which is very important for women. Otherwise, everything is complete. There's a refrigerator. Electric kettle.

Comfortable rooms, close access to campus and the city center, and friendly staff. Unfortunately, my stay was during peak season because many postgraduate students were taking exams, so rooms weren't available on time and I had to wait a while. If you're planning to stay here during peak season, try to arrive a few hours before check-in time to avoid delays to your next appointment.
