1. The AC was broken, not cold at all, just a gentle breeze, even though it was using turbo cooling. Then, in the early hours of the morning, I heard rattling noises from the AC, and I couldn't sleep at all. It was obvious that maintenance was very neglected. I ended up sleeping without AC, and when I woke up, my clothes were soaked with sweat.
2. There was no toothbrush, comb, or shower cap, even though the hotel's standards stipulate that they were.
3. The bedcover was dirty and the towels were black. The bathroom was rarely cleaned, and the grout and toilet were dirty.
4. The only positive aspect was the friendliness of the staff, but in my opinion, that's not enough, because the essence of staying in a hotel is the quality of your sleep and the room itself.

The business-sized room is quite large and spacious, and the friendly staff adds to the comfort of your stay. The towels, which are starting to run low, could be improved, but that's not a problem if you bring your own. The room and toilet are also clean.

The hotel is very comfortable... my child really likes being able to swim... but I was a little disappointed with the staff at the pool... because I ordered non-spicy instant noodles, they made spicy instant noodles but they didn't want to admit their mistake...

The hotel is very comfortable... my child really likes being able to swim... but I was a little disappointed with the staff at the pool... because I ordered non-spicy instant noodles, they made spicy instant noodles but they didn't want to admit their mistake...

Strategic Location: This hotel is quite strategic and easy to find.
Cleanliness: The room is quite clean and well maintained every day. The facilities in the room are also complete.
Service: The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They are responsive when I ask for something.
