Feels like I’m in my habitat! Place is too awesome to tell - the staff are incredibly thoughtful! For the food! Oh my god I 100% assure you to try! Even the jajan pasar snacks are so good! All the parts of this place are incredible! Feels like I don’t wanna move out to someplace else. I’m staying at the 3 floor level without anything to worry about cause the crew are stand by me 24 hours. The bar have these international wine collection and we can purchase them in glass. Even they deliver it to my room as requested. Hotel tugu malang, I left piece of my heart inside on your amazing antique collection! Definitely coming back soon!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Wawan, who was quick to assist with luggage. They provided a welcome drink while waiting for the room to be ready. The room amenities were also in good condition and fully equipped. The breakfast menu was varied and tailored to guests' needs. Afternoon tea also served delicious snacks. ✨ I'd love to go back there sometime.

We've been wanting to stay at Hotel Tugu for a long time, and it finally happened.
The entire team was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
There were plenty of photo spots, but some we didn't get to see because we only stayed for one night.
We'll be back with more friends.
Check-in was super fast 👍
Loved the vintage feel.

The condition of the room, the furniture is worn and worn out and is no longer suitable for a hotel room with a rating, the towels are brown and have blood stains, the base of the hairdryer and hairdryer are dirty and dusty, the laundry bag that was placed is torn and has holes, the wooden floor of the room needs repair. The bathroom floor has many black stains under the sink.

Good location. Unfriendly gesture at reception counter during our night check in. Unfriendly restaurant casier. No eye contact and warmth attitude during service. Warmth gesture for guests is more important than just welcome drinks.

We've been wanting to stay at Hotel Tugu for a long time, and it finally happened.
The entire team was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
