The condition of the room, the furniture is worn and worn out and is no longer suitable for a hotel room with a rating, the towels are brown and have blood stains, the base of the hairdryer and hairdryer are dirty and dusty, the laundry bag that was placed is torn and has holes, the wooden floor of the room needs repair. The bathroom floor has many black stains under the sink. The taste of the food at breakfast was helped, I happened to only eat pecel rice & it was very delicious complete with peyek, don't know about the other flavors.

Rooms are not too big just normal. Love the tea time from 16:00-18:00. Love the Good Food my favorite bakmie goreng and pecel.

Hotel Tugu, how else can I explain it? If you are on holiday in Malang and don't stay here, at least take the time to stop by The Und Corner or Restoran Melati.

Friendly staff. Definitely a 5-star hospitality. The downside of this hotel is the soundproof of the room that are almost none, due to the building is very old and you can say it is a historical heritage. This soundproof become problem if there's an event the Hotel hall or surrounding place near the hotel. However due this hotel also a historical heritage, you can see the decoration are authentic and has history meaning, we also able to book a history tour inside the hotel. Breakfast food is vary and mix between traditional and modern. I love also the afternoon tea/coffee with traditional snack that served in the tea house. The variety of coffee/tea as well as the snack was satisfied our palate that missed food from Indonesia. Thank you
