Very strategic location in Simpang Lima, easy and available parking access, but many corners need to be repaired and look messy including the lobby drop off and access from the parking stairs to the lobby which is quite troublesome, there is no direct lift access
Service is quite friendly from the frontliner to the restaurant
Cleanliness is quite maintained until it reaches the room
Facilities according to what is described in the application
The variety of ibis style food is very lacking, the taste is quite good but the variety is not very diverse
