Hotel Kristal is a high-star hotel in Jakarta. Should Hotel Kristal's birthday gift focus be on long-stay customers? Why aren't first-time guests given a special "Birthday Cake" offer to encourage repeat stays?
I'm a bit disappointed. They initially attempted to confirm with management, but apparently they didn't take the initiative to inform the customer, so they had to make up their minds first.
