The hotel staff is friendly, the service is excellent, the rooms are clean and fragrant, the bathroom has clean water that can be hot or cold, and the TV is a smart Android TV so you can chill with Netflix while snacking. I've had 7 staycations here with my wife and kids. Keep up the good work ❤️

Thank you for upgrading the room, it is comfortable, the AC is cold, there is a TV, there is a living room which is impossible to get at such an economical price. Definitely recommended. This is the umpteenth time I have booked a hotel at GDC Jatiwarna, the service is really good, the admin is friendly and really helps me a lot when I bring my family, trying to get a side room 🥰. The swimming pool also doesn't smell of chlorine, so it can be used for a long time with the kids 😘.

All staff in this Artotel Kota Wisata are very courteous, very attentive, and nice. Reno at the front desk was helpful during the check-in and out. The hotel is located with easy access to the Living World Mall. Easy to get all the stuff you need, including food. Across the hotel, there is a walking/jogging path. The swimming pool on the 5th floor will also keep you active during the stay.
