Even though I ordered a standard room, I thought it would be a really small and mediocre standard, but it turned out the room I got was really spacious, with a living room and its own kitchen facilities. I thought I was given the wrong room, but it turned out to be true. I told him about the leaking AC, dripping water, and the AC repairman immediately came. I asked for help setting up the TV that couldn't connect to the internet, and he helped me right away. I didn't expect to get this much service at such a cheap price. No wonder it's always crowded with people staying, it turns out it's really that satisfying. Continued success to the employees and owner ✨

All the hotel staff were very friendly, including the hotel security. They made my kids feel comfortable too, hehe. The service and facilities were all very satisfying. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a wide selection of food. My favorite hotel every time I visit Cibubur.
