I've stayed here 3 times, but the last time I stayed here was less than impressive, the room was hot, the AC wasn't cold so I was sweating even when I slept and there were lots of mosquitoes.

At first, when I saw the pictures in the review, it was a bit chaotic because I don't really like things with too many occult ornaments, but after staying there, it felt homey and the corridors always smelled nice... The only minus is that there's no breakfast, but overall it's ok.

The entire hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable, and the kids loved it. It's a shame we booked two rooms but ended up on different floors. The location is close to Trans Mall Cibubur, with numerous minimarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and it's also close to the hospital.
