It’s not “just Batam” - this stay made the whole trip exciting. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to Grand Batam Mall, less than 10 minutes’ drive to Nagoya Mall, BCS, and DC Mall, and close to Harbourbay Terminal. Circle K right below the hotel, and Spa Central is just down the road. The service is amazing. Every staff member were trained well - smiling away and friendly. We even checked in late at night and received a queen-size bed, even though we booked two single beds. Breakfast spread was fantastic and made our mornings enjoyable. They had local specialties like Lontong Medan, Martabak Manis, four types of Jamu drinks, and keropoks. They also have a bar area and a smoking lounge as well. Room was perfect. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge for a standard hotel room and included all the basic amenities. Extras like a coffee machine, chocolates in the fridge, and full glass windows were much appreciated. Smoking rooms are available, and they’ll deliver an ashtray on request. Overall, 10/10. I would 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The location of Aston Gideon Inn is very good, close to city center, easy to find food, and is very close to the market. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lobby and room are very clean. Variety of menus with different tastes for breakfast. After all, this hotel is highly recommended and will certainly be back for our next trip to Batam.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is located close to the city center, the rooms and hotel area are clean, the view from the window is very nice because it can see the atmosphere of Batam city, the food is varied and very tasty, the service in the restaurant is also very friendly. The hotel is not far from street food, Alfamart, Indomaret, hospitals, etc. Next time I will stay here again.

Barelang Hotel Nagoya Batam: A comfortable stay. I had a wonderful stay at Barelang Hotel in Nagoya, Batam. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's surrounded by plenty of food options, making it easy to satisfy any craving. Plus, having a convenient store nearby was a huge plus for grabbing quick snacks or essentials. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. While I didn't explore many of the amenities, the overall experience was pleasant. If you're looking for a hassle-free stay with easy access to food and other conveniences, Barelang Hotel is definitely worth considering. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed at Batam Harbour Hotel 2 and honestly, my experience there was very pleasant. From the outside, it looks simple, but as soon as I entered, the atmosphere immediately felt clean, calm, and comfortable.

The room was spacious and tidy, with cool air conditioning, hot water, a soft mattress, and perfect lighting for a good night's rest. The Wi-Fi was also stable, so I could still work or watch movies smoothly. There's a small lounge in the lobby area that's comfortable for relaxing with coffee.
🤝 Staff Service:
The staff were friendly and responsive. When I asked for more drinking water and an adapter, they delivered it to my room without me having to wait long. It felt like I was truly being served with genuine sincerity.

What I liked most was the quiet atmosphere of this hotel, even though it's close to the harbor. You can see ships in the distance from your room window — quite relaxing, especially at night.

I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I arrived at the entrance on the first day until the last day I checked out with the friendliness of the front office staff, especially Mr. Marsudi, the hotel security guard who was very helpful in helping us when we had a lot of luggage... Mr. Marsudi was the solution... His warm smile and respectful greeting made us very flattered.

My family and I stayed at the Harmoni Suite Hotel for 4 nights for the first time. We were very satisfied from check-in to checkout. The breakfast was delicious, the service was friendly, the staff were very welcoming, and the hotel had a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. The Harmoni Suite Hotel is the best.
