Staffs are friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a small restaurant beside the hotel and close to laundry service. I like this hotel very much

What I like most is the view from my bedroom balcony. Overall everything is beautiful. But I'm slightly annoyed because the pool and playground is too far away, they're located in the separated building from the hotel so you need take a long route to go there. But it was beautiful. So counted the long walk as exercise.

Great English speaking staff. Wonderful time as they shared their knowledge of amenities and wonderful places to chill around the city. I had physically exerted myself in the outdoors prior and had a great in-room massage

Our 1N stay at Royal Suite type was fantastic! Check-in was super easy and fast, setting a great start. The facilities are excellent and something for everyone. What truly made it was the outstanding staff hospitality and service. Every team member was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The room quite large, clean and comfy, I can see beautiful view too from my room. We had very nice rest at night, we will come back soon.

The staff are all friendly, the facilities are all good and the breakfast is really, really delicious, I need to try it again if I'm on a family vacation.

It was a truly delightful experience staying here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I left an item behind, they were very helpful in securing it until it was returned to its owner. The service was excellent, and the price was very affordable considering its location in the heart of Malang. Furthermore, the swimming pool was very comfortable. Family of 5 people. We stayed 3nights in 2 x family triple room. Staff was good, hotel was old but clean and well maintained. It is complete with family entertainment such as garden, apple picking field tour, waterbomb, swimming pools, gym etc. The view from the restaurant was awesome. We love it!
