I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel, and I'm excited to share my experience! 🏨 From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly staff and the welcoming atmosphere. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing space after a long day. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, there is also a restaurant which makes it very easy and you don't need to go out just to find food, because Pondanu is really for enjoying/staycation, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and next time if I go on holiday to Bali I will stay here again.

A pleasant stay away from the hustle bustle. Arriving to the resort guided by google map (surprisingly it 's quite easy to find this hotel) and had a warm welcome by the staff also the fishies (the lobby looks like floating in the water surrounded by koi fish). The villa is spacious, linens are comfy, the food is good (ask for Chef Ridwan to recommend what 's the best). We didn't jump to the pool as it 's really cold when we were at the restaurant (to be honest the big statue is my least favorite thing from the hotel) however we're enjoying the hot chocolate and it was delicious but maybe you guys can add more dark chocolate powder. Overall our stay is nice and relaxing. Highly recommended if you want to immerse in “Il dolce far niente” moment. X/F.

My favorite place in Bedugul. Quiet, not like other hotels which are really noisy and crowded. The bed is excellent, the bathroom is clean, and room service is affordable. You can enjoy the lake directly from your bed (if you pay for "Lake View Room"; otherwise, you can just sit in front of your room).
