The location is very convenient and centrally located. The AC works well, the bathroom water heater works well, the amenities are also quite complete, with clean towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. The room is also very clean. The check-in and check-out process is fast. No need to worry about buying food or other necessities because the location is close to many food vendors, Superindo, a gym, and others. It is also quite close to the station.

The staff is super friendly and smiles a lot, even the security guard is also quick and kind, which is very important for me, hahaha. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, everywhere is close and the hotel is located like in a complex so it is very safe. Will come here again if I go to Malang!!! Recommended guys 🫵🏻

Spacious & clean room, complete in-room facilities, overall feels comfortable.
Intentionally stayed at UB Guest House and it proved to be easy for us to attend our child's graduation at the Samantha Krida building.
We also took the time to take a morning walk and Beam in the afternoon around the modern, beautiful and green UB campus.
A very pleasant and satisfying experience to be able to enjoy UB Guest House on the UB campus, of course will come back again later.

When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.
