A pleasant experience at this hotel, when we first arrived we just grabbed the luggage and the staff immediately helped us lift and deliver our luggage. The front desk was friendly, the room facilities were amazing, the interior was aesthetic, and the balcony had a view of Malang city and the mountains. The pool was nice. I highly recommend staying here again.

Good service, got a room as requested, namely non-smoking, clean room, clean bathroom, hotel close to the city center, parking is quite spacious, breakfast menu is not too extensive but tastes good.
