Hotel view to city semarang and to mountain

I often visit this hotel, it's in good condition but a little outdated.

No breakfast, room is OK. Nobody came to clean the room. We have changed the room in the new building and that was better as the first room, we must pay 100.000 IDR more/night. Toilette tissue?

There 's no amenities whatsoever in my room.

First, we got upstair room which was not great. The room is cool enough but the smell is not fresh. I have upgraded to the room at ground floor and this one is better and more comfort. It is OK for transit. The staff are friendly, commmunicative and helpful.

The staff was friendly. I moved 2 times because of air conditioner issue, while at the same time other guest also had the same request. Last moving was not too bad, even though I could not control the fan mode from AC. If they can fix the AC, I will increase the rate to 3.

Always love HCI. Even if I have a job or small activity to Semarang, I always chose this hotel. Why? Because really comfortable and all staff is kind and really helpful 😊. Thanks 🙏 HCI
