Friendly staff, cozy and clean

No breakfast, room is OK. Nobody came to clean the room. We have changed the room in the new building and that was better as the first room, we must pay 100.000 IDR more/night. Toilette tissue?

such a horror experience from the start. We opened the door we just could smell a mixture of mold, humidity and other funny smells. bathroom was already wet, no effort to dry it up whatsoever. I'm sure they didn't even change the bedsheet judging the smell, and the long straight hair we found on the pillow (I have short curly hair, my husband is bald). we left the horror site immediately which cost us substantial amount of money to book another hotel as it was long weekend.

The staff was friendly. I moved 2 times because of air conditioner issue, while at the same time other guest also had the same request. Last moving was not too bad, even though I could not control the fan mode from AC. If they can fix the AC, I will increase the rate to 3.
