Had a family wedding anniversary there. We all stayed in the executive room and the rooms are quite spacious, super clean, and comfortable. The room service and housekeeping were friendly 👌. We extended our stay from 2 nights to 3 nights at Monopoli and were very pleased with our experience. Staffs were attentive, the room was nice, and the in-room dining was also enjoyable. No hassle with the check-in and check-out process. We didn't use the swimming pool area and rather explored the nice surrounding in the neighborhood. Will definitely be back.

It's my first time here at Terrz Tree, I had a wonderful experience during my stay, we were greeted and checked in by friendly and attentive staff who made sure all my needs were met. The bedroom is nice, clean, but the staff may be forgotten to add another spoon since I found only 1 teaspoon for 2 cup of tea/coffee cup. And I cannot found soap inside the bathroom, only 2 shampoo available. Breakfast buffet just so-so, typically hotel breakfast minus sausages. Fitness center ac is not ON, so its quite hot that time. Swimming pool is on the rooftop. The plus point beside the clean room and nice cozy room is the hotel surrounded by so much restaurant, cafe, bar and supermarket also mall nearby. So its good to stay here and enjoy staycation at south Jakarta. Thanks Park Regis for memorable stay!
