The staff is friendly and always at the front desk if you need help. The entire place is kept clean (bathroom, bedroom, corridor). Suitable for solo travelers or group trips (2 people). There is a parking lot for those who bring their own vehicles. In front of it there is a Trans Jogja bus stop, so you can access public transportation easily too. Fast wifi access (username and password are in the drawer, maybe they are different for each room so you can check with the staff first). The room key is a tap card type, so if there is a problem that cannot be opened, you can immediately ask the staff for help (they will be served quickly).

Satisfied staying here because it's worth the price. Overall the building is nice and comfortable. The environment is close to everywhere, there are many coffee shops and food around the hotel. The staff is very helpful. 2 weeks after staying I just remembered my Netflix account and my shirt were left there, I asked to log out of the account and asked to find the shirt that was left behind, finally found and could be returned. This is one of the cleanest budget hotels we've ever visited! Located not far from Gejayan and the biggest mall in Jogja, this is a must-try experience to stay at Ndalem Gusti Ayu.
The staff is friendly, Wi-Fi also fast enough to do some online work. Overall, it's a perfect experience!

It was really nice experience stayed here for one night. The room was clean and wide enough for a budget hotel. For a muslim, this hotel really close to the mosque where you can pray. And it's also close to the food seller, at the morning you'll see gudeg seller and it was so crowded. Overall it was really nice stayed there.
