We had a very nice stay in the guesthouse. The owner can speak English. She is very helpful and accommodating. She recommended a restaurant/coffee shop where you can eat and drink. Also, she recommended some beautiful places to visit nearby with detailed instructions. The place is very relaxing. The room and toilet are clean with a hot/cold shower. Each area/level is provided with a place to dine in with a hot/cold water dispenser, cups and plates. I have forgotten to take some photos but what you see is what you get from the site posted. Staying for the 2nd time 🥰 Staff: Responsive in responding to guests for check-in and checkout via WA. (No WA. Admin who can really be contacted is searched via Google Maps according to the Homestay name) Surroundings: Many cheap food stalls around the Homestay and close to Indomaret 24 Hours (estimated walking distance of 500m from the Homestay). Facilities: The ordered room is according to the picture in the application. Shared bathroom (there are 2). Bath soap and towels are available. There is a place for prayer and ablution. Can use the kitchen and shared refrigerator (tea bags and sachet coffee and sugar are available). Gallon water and gas are always available. Shared shoe rack (there are 2 in front of the entrance). Dining table with 3 chairs. Living room complete with chairs to relax outside the room. Chairs and a relaxing table on the front terrace plus an ashtray. Room key and Homestay key (each guest gets 2 of these keys). Always open 24 hours (the front gate must be closed when leaving and entering). Motorbike parking (enough for 2-5 motorbikes). Price: 8.5/10 (pocket friendly 😍👏🏻)

It was the 2nd time I stayed in this Guest House. The price is worth it for people who just need a place to sleep for few nights. There's a TV, shower with warm water. Comfortable enough to sleep, cause even though it's in the middle of the city it's not noisy. Many food/drink stalls near the guest house, and importantly their's Indomaret (walk around 100m). For ATM you need to walk around 500m. I will stay at this place again when I come to Malang.

I did not expect the place was that big, with two swimming pools! The ambience is so Bali, surrounded by green view, this place is perfect for relaxing. There are many good food nearby, the staffs are friendly. Love staying here

The Himana Malang (Malang City Point)
