We also took a deluxe room yesterday, but the receptionist upgraded us to a superior room for free. Thank you so much, Miss 👌, it's really cool. The food is also varied and delicious.

Overall, staying at the Grand Cityhall hotel was top notch!! The hotel is comfortable, strategically located, close to everywhere, near Deli Park mall, and the surrounding area is also busy because of many events 🥺 Initially I booked a deluxe, but it turned out there was a renovation, so I was upgraded to a premier deluxe which is also a very cozy room. And honestly… OMG, the view 🥺✨ is so beautiful, the room is modern and super comfy 😍 I want to highlight that the staff are very kind and helpful... they immediately provide solutions whenever asked for help, the staff service is really champion!! Friendly, responsive, and communicative. So the experience is still very good, especially the staff at the restaurant, Kak Ade is one of the staff who is really helpful at the restaurant, helping get our food. Definitely will consider coming back again and hopefully the hotel will be more successful in the future ☺️

Orinko City Hotel Medan

This was our first time staying here, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, and it even had a balcony. One of our favorite spots was the hangout spot right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended. Thank you! We had a great time staying at this hotel.
