The staff was quick to respond. I asked to have the TV remote fixed and to borrow a prayer robe, and they came right away. They even helped me get on the elevator, as I was carrying my child. So far, I'm impressed with the friendly staff. 🫰

I found that there were tags for non-allergenic foods for my child, so I no longer needed to ask the staff if the food contained allergens, the location was okay... This is the second time staying in this hotel. The room is very spacious and the location is very central. Just opposite the Botani Square Mall. Breakfast buffet is good too, lots of variety. Would recommend this place to stay.
