When we arrived in front of the hotel, there was no parking and it was a bit crowded because it was the time for guests to check out and check in. We were welcomed into the hotel by the staff to register around 12:00 (planned check in for two nights) and we had to wait until 14:00 to check in, from the moment we entered, we felt uneasy. Long story short, on the second day, when we were going to get warm/hot water, the mug/teapot suddenly broke/cracked from the bottom and the water spilled all over our hands/feet and the floor, who knows what caused this to break. Take the second mug and refill the warm/hot water from the dispenser, no problem. With this incident, we informed room service to immediately clean up the spilled water for fear of endangering others/slipping because the floor was wet/watery. When it was time for breakfast, this was the first time we waited our turn/queue to be able to enter the restaurant. Indeed, during the holiday season, the surge in guests is quite large, the arrangement and space should be readjusted so that guest comfort can be addressed. And when checking out, one of the hotel staff contacted about the broken mug/teapot to be asked to be responsible for the hotel assets. It was beyond control in the sense that the damage was not done intentionally, was the maintenance process or checking of every item in the room/room carried out carefully/really checking the inventory of goods? So to get special attention during the long holiday season so that all staff and others can coordinate with each other, as well as the team in the restaurant. When we arrived in front of the hotel, there was no parking and it was a bit crowded because it was the time for guests to check out and check in. We were welcomed into the hotel by the staff to register around 12:00 (planned check in for two nights) and we had to wait until 14:00 to check in, from the moment we entered, we felt uneasy. Long story short, on the second day, when we were going to get warm/hot water, the mug/teapot suddenly broke/cracked from the bottom and the water spilled all over our hands/feet and the floor, who knows what caused this to break. Take the second mug and refill the warm/hot water from the dispenser, no problem. With this incident, we informed room service to immediately clean up the spilled water for fear of endangering others/slipping because the floor was wet/watery. When it was time for breakfast, this was the first time we waited our turn/queue to be able to enter the restaurant. Indeed, during the holiday season, the surge in guests is quite large, the arrangement and space should be readjusted so that guest comfort can be addressed. And when checking out, one of the hotel staff contacted about the broken mug/teapot to be asked to be responsible for the hotel assets. It was beyond control in the sense that the damage was not done intentionally, was the maintenance process or checking of every item in the room/room carried out carefully/really checking the inventory of goods? So to get special attention during the long holiday season so that all staff and others can coordinate with each other, as well as the team in the restaurant.
