Great... I've been here many times, never disappointed, I asked for laundry quickly and it was done straight away, even though it's the fasting month, it's usually slower in the afternoon, but it's still done as promised, keep looking forward to doing a good job.

Room was comfy and clean, but they play CNY music theme in the hallway almost 24/7. Quite loud and at times annoying. They also have wedding ballroom so it's super hectic and noisy on weekends. Parkings were limited but they have valet service (free and mandatory). Staff are quick and helpful.
