The best hotel I ever stay, definitely will going back to stay when in bandung. Not only good interior as we see but their have good facilities free minibar also a automatic coffee machine. Their staff service is top really helpful and they hospitality even we go to monomono bar cafe. There food is delicious they serve so many list menu to choose. Kids friendly provide an art event for kids also color pencil in hotel room.

Great place to stay and we decided to have staycation here three of us. We have toddler aged 2 years old, and she was very happy as she had a great stay with plenty of facilities available. Highly recommended for family with kids. And the restaurant, close to the swimming pool, named "Damar", offer various menu, from Indonesian, Asian, Western cuisine with great taste.

Had the best stay in here! Mentioned my birthday right after the reservation through Whatsapp. When I checked in with Mas Wirianto, I just knew that my room got a free upgraded and he said that it got upgraded to the room which two levels above 😁 I booked a classic room and got upgraded to premium with golf view. The room was spacious and clean. The team also decorated my room and gave birthday greetings. I also had a romantic dinner, the food was great, don't forget to mention the great view from the restaurant at night with all the citylights. Thank you so much Intercontinental Hotel, will come back again for sure 😊

Was here for staycation with my hubby. We stayed for 3d2n at The premiere room, it wasn't spacious but we love the view from our room. Bathroom amenities was so lovely since they gave sensatia botanica as a body care. You must try soaking with a view in rooftop jacuzzi. Their breakfast was tasty but lack of variety. Overall Our experience was enjoyable.

I was stayed 3 nights with family and booked 2 deluxe room. The staff were very helpful and always greeting even though there were lot of weddings on goong. The room is spacious and kids can enjoy circuit-view with some racing cars. We also happy to know that hotel also has kids activities beside swimming pool (archery, paint ball). We are glad to know that hotel made breakfast schedule (available 3 optional hours). The only thing that also need to be made as breakfast is the swimming pool. It should be divided for each 2 hours with max 2 pax per room, so it will not too hectic in pool and surrounding. Best success for the hotel and staff. Stay healthy.

Very comfortable and convenient to stay in Panda, various outdoor activities for kids, the kiddos enjoyed it a lot and cried in the last day of staying because my little one did not want to go home😀

We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

This accommodation is perfect for honeymoon or family getaway. You can enjoy a wonderful view of nature. There's 2 swimming pool (adult + kids pool with warm water, so lovely!), some entertainment facilities (gym, play park for kids, mini golf, tennis meja and etc). I just stayed one night with my family. The bedroom are clean and comfy. I requested the baby crib (to be honest, I'm not expected too much but they fulfill it, really appreciate). Special thanks to Mr. Oki front office to gave us beautiful room with balcony. Also thanks to housekeeping team (forget his name, so sorry) who bring the baby crib. All staff really really friendly. Their service is truly amazing. Definitely will be back soon.

Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. It's a pleasure to stayed in Ibis Trans Bandung. Clean room, comfortable, got a smoking room but it's still clean and comfortable. Good services from all of the staff.

The hotel was all in one package. The room was so clean. The room service was so quick. The front office staff had a good fast response. The food was so delicious and low price (for hotel food). The breakfast was quite more variable and all of them were delicious. All the facilities for kids were amazing, my kid was really enjoying being here. But I didn't like to see people unmasked here. I asked the staff to inform again the people about wearing masks, and they responded to me so fast. I booked the hotel for 2 days, maybe next I should take 3. Hahahaha. I enjoyed my holiday here. I will be back again.
