Hotels in Riau Street

AC dikamar saya bocor kecil dan wastafel mampet. Restaurant nya terlalu kecil dan crowded, staff juga sibuk sehingga pertanyaan dan permintaan kurang cepat mendapat respon.

Good location. Friendly staff.

Untuk breakfast agar lebih bervariasi, untuk pool mohon ditambahkan pegawai untuk peminjaman handuk, dan yg lain good 👌.

At first, the hotel seems luxurious and cozy. My room is also good and comfortable. But when I inspected the couch, it was all dusty! They didn't even bother to clean the couch. When I checked the bathroom, I also found hair on the toilet. It was as if the hotel staff were in a rush to clean my room, that they just didn't clean it properly. The room interior and wardrobe are old and worn out. But overall, my experience there is good and I have a pleasant time there.

Nice cozy small hotel, but there was random loud banging in our floor when we were trying to get some sleep.

Not well maintained, dirty, when I stayed in the bathroom the soap and shampoo ran out and were not refilled.

Strategic locations, good restaurant and very kind staffs.

Can't complain anything for this price point, 24h front desk, very polite service.
