Hotels in Riau Street

Stay here for 2 nights and request for connecting door but we don't get it. Front desk informed that they have no connecting rooms. But other staff said there is connecting room but all are taken. So they change to loft room with only 1 bathroom 😟. It needs around 10 minutes for hot water shower. Anyway, all staffs are nice and helpful. Breafkfast are various and taste OK. Parking space is enough. Oya, it is actually not in the Jl. Riau but in Jl. Martadinata.

The location is very good, we tried to go to the railway station on foot only spent 30 minutes. If you take cars it will less than 10 minutes. There are many restaurants near the hotel, you can easily access on foot. Italian, steak house, traditional Indonesia food. I don't know if that 's the reason, the restaurant in the hotel located L9, there 's no anyone there. Not only the customers but also the staffs. Even during the dinner time. I can understand there 's no small refrigerator in the room because of the reasonable price, but I wish the toilet and shower can be separated by at least a board. It is hard not to get the whole floor and toilet get wet. Anyway it was a nice and comfortable stay at Tebu hotel.

Location great, room is great, but breakfast most of foods are spicy, so not kids friendly. Maybe they can improve their breakfast variety.

The hotel is very strategic, just a walking distance to cafes and banks. There was also a 24-hour Circle K in the lobby, which was very much convenient. However we had problems with the rooms itself, the first one had a broken lock and we were moved to another room with a problematic electricity outlet. The staff were helpful in fixing these problems though there coincidentally was a wedding in the hotel and the noise went to our room. A suggestion would be to avoid that third floor altogether if you need peace.

The premise is rather nice and comfy in almost a hideout place from the bustling Riau Street. The only fallout would be the WIFI. Its just not working from the room I stayed. Even after the complaint, the wifi was rather slow. As for the breakfast, its simple and lack varieties.

Can't complain anything for this price point, 24h front desk, very polite service.

Had to stay for the night in Bandung and I needed it to be near the city centre. Location is okay, facilities are acceptable, food is okay, they have sufficient parking space. Price wise, it 's acceptable, so overall I'm satisfied.
