Hotels in Pangalengan

The resort is far different than what was shown in pictures and descriptions. First experience with the receptionist was horrible. She didn't greet us or show us the place, and didn't even gave us a key to the villa/house! We assumed it just open. Which is a safety concerns since we have no ways to lock the place when we go to other tourist attractions around the Area. The upper level of the Villa is in such bad conditions that part of the floor even open to the floor below. Which is dangerous for people to walk around upstairs. Definitely an accident waiting to happen. One of the room sliding door hardly work and hard to open. The glass makes so much noise and other doors also keep slamming making so much noise every time it's used. The place is dirty, with dirt and stains all over the curtain. Awful smells on the blankets. Leaking sink on both the kitchen and bathroom. When we try to used the shower there were no hot water and we had to wait for the staff to get us Gas. The place was not ready for us to occupy. Stated when we booked in Traveloka that we were provided hot water and wifi. Neither work. The wifi is not working when we check in at night. We notify the staff and the next day, it still didn't work. The resort facility is also dirty. There's a pool that has little water and supposedly closed but no one have any sign to warn and notify customers. A lot of children played on the dirty pool the next morning in the dirty contaminated water. This place is not as advertised and I advised people not to even waste their time and money to reserved this place. I am disappointed that Traveloka even advertised the place & have false advertisement, which confused and disappointed customer. We booked 3 Villa for 2 nights and it definitely not worth the money and such disappointment.

Place as per ad and the children were having fun. The utilities are too basic. 3 bowls 2 plates and several spoons for 3 bedrooms that can fit 18 people is not enough. There were so many pillows and blankets could be used by 50 people, thank you, but we had to call asking for cups. The next morning check out time was 12 pm but 3-4 ladies were already waiting and sitting exactly in front of the front door ready for cleaning with their brooms etc. They didn't say anything but it made us slightly uncomfortable. It happened we opened our front door when they came, I found it would be slightly rude if I closed the door but they were just there watching our every movement. Also the restaurant service wasn't best. I think they were overwhelmed-didn't have enough ingredients and staff to cater end of year guests. They have full menu but only 2-3 main course available. For lunch we had to wait for 2 hours before food arrived. But other than that, we had great time. It's a nice spot.

Price = Quality … should lower our expectation. 🙏.

The road to the camp is terrible! We go with family car and it really frustrating! We have to walk or rent a car to take us there. If you go with maube a jeep of other offroad vehicle it will be OK. But are we (with family car) can't go there?

They should build better hotel for this price. Or at least do better maintenance for the building. No shower curtain, no slipper, tube TV (oh lord), must watch door otherwise cats enter my room. Plus points are, receptionist was very helpful and friendly, fresh air environment, enough hot water for shower. Breakfast was mediocre.
