The staff is friendly, check-in and check-out are fast, the hotel rooms are clean, and the bathtub makes the kids even more comfortable. The swimming pool facilities are also TOP, very satisfying for adults, it's quite long, with a maximum depth of 190 cm. The kids are also happy because there's a hot tub. The restaurant offers quite a variety of breakfast options. The best part is the bread because it has Skippy peanut butter and Nutella chocolate.

During the Isra Miraj holiday, we were forced to take a smoking room because we couldn't get a non-smoking room. Amazingly, the room didn't smell of cigarettes at all and smelled great. Kudos to the room maintenance team. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was provided with Dove soap. The most impressive thing was the breakfast, with plenty of choices, all delicious, and no one was disappointed. And it's great that they have gluten-free bread, and it tastes delicious too. Kudos again to the Holiday Inn team. We were satisfied with our stay here and if we plan to go back to Bandung, we will stay here again. Thank you, Holiday Inn.
