My go-to hotel when I visit Bandung, I stay here almost every time. The hotel, the rooms, the staff, the pool, and the parking are all comfortable. When my family and I stayed there last time, I got a twin room. I asked if I could put the beds together because I had kids with me. Instead, the receptionist upgraded me to a double bed with a bunk bed. Thank God, that was very kind.

The staff are friendly and efficient, from the security guard who helped unload luggage to the lobby, to the friendly and well-explained front desk, and even the delivery to the room.
