The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

Complete facilities: gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot and cold pools. Large, comfortable king-size bed. There's a mini-fridge, and the room is soundproof for a restful sleep. Breakfast is delicious. And most importantly, the price is reasonable. This is a truly recommended hotel in Bandung.

I had such a great stay at Tama Boutique Hotel. Honestly for the price, it’s really, really good and exceeded my expectations. The room is super spacious, very clean, and everything works properly. Lighting is warm and comfortable, which I personally love—it makes the whole space feel cozy instead of harsh like some hotels. The bed is big, the bathroom is spotless, amenities are great, and overall it just feels very comfortable to stay in. One thing I really appreciated (and honestly not many hotels do this)—they provide a bolster. That was such a nice surprise and genuinely a cherry on top for me. The staff were also wonderful. The lady at the front office was really kind, helpful, and welcoming. You feel taken care of without it being complicated. Food is also a highlight. Since it’s part of the same group as Borga Korean restaurant, the quality is really good. Breakfast was beautiful and everything tasted great. Cleanliness, comfort, space, hospitality—everything is solid. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back when I’m in Bandung again.

The hospitality shown by the staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. Due to time constraints, I booked a room without breakfast, so I am unable to comment on the hotel’s meals. Nevertheless, my overall experience was excellent, and I had no complaints at all during my stay. This was my first time trying this hotel with my 2-year-old child and her grandparents. Upon arrival, the receptionist offered to help with luggage, and two people truly helped. Upon arrival, the room was very clean and smelled great, and the hot water worked immediately. The pool was also comfortable and clean. The room was soundproofed, even though it was located on a major highway, with only the occasional train passing by, which my child enjoyed. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Perfect for those traveling by train, as it's right in front of the train station, a 5-minute walk away, and close to a souvenir shop, ATM, and plenty of street food. There are plenty of motorbike rentals, and the access is convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the water heater works perfectly. A very satisfying stay.
