A hotel with good location and services. During this pandemic we know that it's hard to keep the hotel still on their best performance, but yello hotel paskal can do that! The room is clean, the pool is great and the food are awesome. Keep this best work and hope the condition will get normal again like before. See you again in my next trip to Bandung.

Cute interior and suitable for families with kids. My daughter & son were really happy playing along in the spacious outdoor jacuzzi. The location is strategic even though it might be quite packed sometimes (well, what do you expect from Bandung around the weekend 😄) but all in all, my family & I had a great stay and would love to be back! The most satisfying hotel I've ever tried in Bandung. The staffs are friendly and nice, location is good. The awesome things from this hotel are the design for corridors between the room (similar to an open space corridors) make it feel serene and spacious. The designs inside the bedroom and bathroom are also mesmerizing with the korean theme. I can see the sunset from my hotel room. Breakfast is also an additional plus value (I choose korean breakfast).

Grand Sovia Hotel Bandung
For the rates that app gave, it's just fair. But for us to stay here again? Nah, I don't think so. The staffs just too strict and afraid to lose things and or jobs. They don't want to give another keycards even when I was willing to gave them another deposit money. When I borrowed spoon, they remind me guests want to borrowed whole set of food utensils, they have to charge it. Lot's of tiny cockroaches inside the room just enough to gave us horrible night. The exterior and swimming pool was nice though. But again, the staff in pool area also not willing to help to give access to our floor, even lied about things. Nicely done

The staff are OK. I like the free drinking water. The bed is OK. But the bathroom is dirty, the shower has no hot water, and the towels are just terrible. The towels are quite clean, but they hardly absorb water, next to useless. The kettle is a bit broken, and doesn't turn off after the water boil up. Very dangerous.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel but this time I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the bathroom. The water smells bad and it even wafted up to the bedroom:(besides that the services are great.

Good choice of stay in bandung with afforable price and thel hotel is located in strategic area-near the train station and some famous culinary spots. The staff is friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is located on the top floor, it was nice view from the top. Thanks for a warm welcome.
