We booked 2 rooms with connecting doors, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful, when breakfast the restaurant was full, we returned to the room and after a while the hotel staff called us and invited us to come because the table had been reserved for our family. That's a very good service.

The hotel staff is friendly. The room condition (AC, TV, lights) is functioning well. The room smells okay/not stuffy (the room I chose was a smoking room) and the bathroom is okay (sink, shower, stable hot water) only, on the towels there are still visible stains (1 of 2 towels) and on the bed cover, unfortunately I did not document and inform the staff. Additional suggestions, the number of pillows may be increased. From 2 pcs to 4 pcs. Or, add a bolster. Overall, I think it's okay. Worth coming back.

Actually everything is okay, strategic location, the surrounding area has many food choices, close to the mall, access to the hotel is also good (I walked from Bandung Station about 15 minutes, backpacker). Only 1 thing is lacking, the hotel made 2 beds to be 1 bed, where there is a gap in the middle and it is very uncomfortable, and the blanket provided is also a blanket for 2 beds (I can't understand, how is that possible?). Maybe this can be taken into consideration to further improve the quality. Maybe they could inform earlier about the condition of the room/bed

Clean hotel, excellent service. Staff are responsive. I stayed there for two nights and was completely satisfied. I'll be back next time. The location is close to the mall, so you can easily get around the hotel, and it's close to Bandung Station and Braga. It's easy to order food delivery and book taxis.

This hotel is super kid-friendly, with everything on-site, so kids don't have to leave the hotel. There's a heated swimming pool. There's a mini zoo. We happened to stay in a room that accommodates three adults, and it was quite spacious, complete with a mini kitchen and all the cutlery. There's also a water dispenser. I recommend treating the pool water to prevent it from getting too cloudy. And for those bringing children, be careful: the bathroom floor is slippery. Especially for those with children under 5, be extra careful.

The receptionist never informed us that the room was ready until we came back again, while the housekeeping staff always knocked multiple times until we told them we’re coming out. Parking was also limited, but you can always find another spot in the mall complex. The bedsheet and bedcover were never changed during our 5-day stay. Lots of visible stains and a bit sandy on the first day. But the spot is great, lots of food and shops nearby, so that should be your reason to stay.

I usually stay in an executive room, but yesterday I only had a superior room, so I decided to try that. The room wasn't as spacious as the executive room, but it was decent, with a small sofa and table. It wasn't as spacious as the standard room, but there wasn't a refrigerator. My favorite place to stay was because it was close to the mall. The breakfast menu was quite extensive.

The hotel is close to Paskal Mall, just a walk to the Hejo lobby, close to the culinary center, friendly service, easy check-in, good breakfast, parking is available for hotel guests, unfortunately I got a room on the 5th floor where the bathroom had no drain hole, so the water stagnated and ended up being scooped out, the towels should be replaced with new ones because they were really dirty.
