We booked 2 rooms with connecting doors, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful, when breakfast the restaurant was full, we returned to the room and after a while the hotel staff called us and invited us to come because the table had been reserved for our family. Overall, it was actually pretty good. However, the room I stayed in (#512) had an old AC unit. Besides not cooling, there was a new, noisy sound coming from both the indoor and outdoor units located directly below the bedroom window. So, it made things a bit uncomfortable.

When I checked in, I ordered takeaway breakfast because I had to rush to the station tomorrow and I ordered it to be picked up at 6:15. But when I called at 6:20, my order wasn't there. Then the receptionist contacted the restaurant and it looked like it wasn't ready yet. Even though I had been picked up by a taxi. Because it took too long, I ended up having to stay. It seems like there was no good coordination and I was very disappointed because I had booked a room with breakfast. If this happened, I would lose out, having paid a lot for breakfast but my order was ignored.

The hotel's location is strategic, very close to the mall, station, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the cleanliness is very good. The only downside is that the hotel isn't soundproof, so it's a bit disturbing when sleeping.

the hotel is inside mall/shopping complex. if you're on business trip this would be ideal. bandung as a city is packed with traffic jam, so you need to pay extra attention to the location and where you'd be going
