Trip here with family. Overall, it's good, just 5 steps to the mall. The only problem is that knocking on the door isn't audible from outside. As a result, my husband couldn't get in overnight.

The staff are friendly, helped me open the door several times, because the door uses a card scanner and is difficult to open, the sheets are a bit itchy, the cleanliness of the laundry could be paid more attention, the room is not soundproof.

The location is very strategic, directly across from Paskal 23 Mall, and the mall lobby entrance is only 30 meters from the front of the hotel.
The prices are quite reasonable for the service. The food is quite varied and the flavors are quite Indonesian.

Pros:
1. The hotel is located near a mall and shophouses with plenty of food options.
2. Close to the train station.
Cons:
1. The AC in the room is noisy.
2. The bed squeaks when used.
3. The tea, sugar, and coffee containers aren't cleaned properly, resulting in ants.
4. The room isn't soundproof. Noisy noises from the hallway enter the room.

Room 628 needs maintenance. The door is sometimes difficult to open when entering the room, sometimes requiring several attempts to re-enter the card.
