Room 1022 had no hot water, citing full occupancy, so distribution was limited. The technician came three times, and we had to confirm the results. Finally, I proposed the idea of requesting a bucket and ladle for bathing since we weren't given the option to move rooms. I was very disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Furthermore, upon our return, none of the staff was quick to help us lower our suitcases down the hotel stairs to the main road.

The staff was very helpful. They arrived at 10 a.m. to drop off their luggage. They were able to check in by 12 p.m. via WhatsApp! Worth the price. The Family Room with Breakfast for 3 people is definitely worth it for a family trip.
