We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

All the staffs are friendly. The check in process went well. Many thanks to Aston Pasteur for upgrading our room from Superior Room to Executive Deluxe Room for free. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfy. Breakfast was delicious too.

it's very nice hotels at good location, easy to find and easy access in and out from the tollway. very helpful staff. wish to would definitely return to stay at the hotel again when we go to Bandung.

The room for family was very nice and spacious but not really clean, apparently there were two lizards and few mosquitoes appeared in my room. There was a lot of food choices in the breakfast but the taste is just ok (not really good but not really bad). In-room dining was very good and the price is affordable.

Overall the experience of staying here was pleasant & this is not the first time staying here. But this time the breakfast was quite disappointing. Indeed I went for breakfast during peak hour, but it was obvious that the staff was overwhelmed. The food refill took a long time, when I arrived many of them had already run out (at 8.30). Ordering an omelette also had to wait, otherwise it would be given to someone else (there is no first order first serve system). Other guests also complained about this. I waited half an hour just for an omelette that was bland & had no taste at all. Too bad!

When I arrived it was already past evening almost 7 pm, it turned out the system was having problems so check in was manual. It was no problem, but they had to check the room manually. It was really sad for Aston, fortunately I didn't have to wait long, about 30 minutes, I was able to enter the room. And the next day my card access was rejected when I was at the room door, which was on the 7th floor too. Back to the lobby, it was fast, but I was a bit annoyed because I was tired of having to go back and forth to the lobby. Not to mention there were only 2 elevators. If the room condition is clean, it is guaranteed. The car park is also safe with a 2-story basement. Thank you Aston.

Starting from the front service, the security receptionist was very helpful, the lift was also safe, which had previously been complained about a lot, the cleanliness of the room was ok except the carpet felt a bit dusty, the food was also delicious.

Every time I go to Bandung, I always stay at Aston Pasteur because it is strategic, comfortable, and has many breakfast options. It's just a shame that the towels need to be replaced because they are very old and shabby.

Overall quite good, only uncomfortable is the bathroom divider glass that uses blur glass, so when people are taking a shower will look transparent silhouette. Also when the bathroom is turned on at night, the bedroom will be translucent light from the bathroom. For drinks I tried bandrek, the taste is very very sweet, please improve it.
