Always okay to stay here even though the TV is not Smart/Android yet. Big thanks to the Cuanki tenant guard on May 22, 2026, I forgot a safety pin for my hijab, she gave it to me. It's simple but other staff can't do it, hehe. Because I've asked for help from others, they answered okay, until finally halfway through the breakfast was not available/didn't help, maybe it's not a priority for them, haha. Well said, big thanks to the Cuanki tenant hijab guard.. May you continue to be blessed with good fortune.

I got the rooms I booked, both on the 11th floor, but the rooms were not soundproof so the sound of vehicles, especially motorbikes, was quite loud inside the room. The carpet in the family room was still a bit dirty so the staff cleaned it again during check-in. Upon check-in, both rooms were not provided with towels & one room did not have a bath mat. In my opinion, room service was very slow, because after asking the staff and receptionist up to 5 times, finally towels were delivered after waiting ± 2 hours....

I've stayed here several times, why do I like it? Because the food is delicious, varied, the chicken porridge is complete with liver and gizzard, there are all kinds of herbal drinks, the bed is bright, the mattress is comfortable with 6 pillows, it's close to everything, next to the Indomaret hotel and eateries, close to the toll road too, basically it's recommended for those who want to stay overnight without any hassle.

I've stayed at Aston several times, twice at Pasteur. The first experience was very impressive. The second was a bit disappointing. Cleanliness was okay, but initially I didn't get a towel or bath mat. After contacting several times, I finally got one. The bathroom facilities aren't what they used to be, and there's no laundry bag for a hotel like Aston, which was quite surprising. Oh yeah, when I wanted to dry my hair, the hairdryer didn't work. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

The location is actually very strategic, close to the toll road, but it's also a congested area, especially in the afternoon. I'm lazy about traveling by car, but the hotel's facilities are quite pleasant. The swimming pool is quite attractive for children. There's a warm pool, although small, but very helpful for warming up after swimming. The kids loved it. There's also a sauna. For my wife and I, the gym facilities were also a plus; although not complete, some essential equipment was available. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Our highlight was the delicious and extensive bakery selection. One of our favorite hotel choices out of the dozens we've tried in Bandung. Top notch.

It's fun, the room is comfortable, spacious, clean... but it's a shame there's no smart TV yet, hehe... The breakfast is really okay... Hopefully next time there will be a playground so it's more family friendly.
