We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

All the staffs are friendly. The check in process went well. Many thanks to Aston Pasteur for upgrading our room from Superior Room to Executive Deluxe Room for free. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfy. Breakfast was delicious too.

Everything was fine...
Good service
Early check-in possible
Clean and well-equipped rooms
Delicious food
There's also a heated pool for kids
The only downside is that there are only two elevators available. Breakfast was amazing, and we had to queue for it between 6-10am. Please add an elevator.

I booked 2 rooms with 1 Family suite type & 1 Superior. When checking in, the Family suite type room was ready smoothly and was immediately given the key, but the Superior type was not ready because it was being cleaned, and they said they would be notified & escorted to the room when it was ready, but we waited until 15.30 and the room was still not ready. How come they said we could check in at 14:00, finally my husband went downstairs to ask why it took so long even though if guests check out later than the specified time they will definitely be fined while the hotel did not provide any compensation, only "Sorry". Then when taking a shower in the Family suite type, there were no towels so I had to call again to ask for towels.

This is the 2nd time my family and I have stayed at the Aston Pasteur hotel..the room is clean and spacious..The only problem with this hotel is the LIFT during breakfast...it takes a LONG time..because it's broken. but after reporting it to the receptionist..it's back to normal. The hospitality of all the hotel staff is the BEST..especially the Restaurant STAFF..THE BEST..

The hotel staff was very disappointing, even though this is a star-rated hotel that I have been relying on to stay in, it was very disappointing. If you want to order food or anything, don't leave it with the hotel staff. They are very unprofessional. My order was given to someone else and in the end my order was already used and torn.
