The location is strategic, not far from the Pasteur toll exit. Upon check-in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a family room... What a nice surprise. The room was clean, the AC was cool, and all the other room amenities were fine. The staff was also friendly. Overall, it was okay. Recommended to stay again next time I'm in Bandung.

Limited parking space, lots of company events so it's not suitable for family time, noisy during events (the sound reaches the 7th floor room), standard food, a lot of it is finished when you want to have breakfast, no refrigerator in the standard room even though it is written on Traveloka that there is a refrigerator facility in the room, only 1 elevator left so you have to queue for the elevator for a long time and have to use the emergency stairs from the 7th floor.
