In the bathroom where I stayed, the smell of cigarettes from other rooms wafted through the exhaust, even though no one was smoking in mine. The toilet leaked, giving off a strong smell of urine. The sink was also clogged. Please fix this.

Check-in took a while, and parking was difficult because it was full, but unfortunately, there was no valet parking. During breakfast, water dripped onto the food, likely from a leaking AC duct above.

Check-in time was a bit slow, possibly due to the high season. Breakfast was varied and quite tasty. HK staff were responsive and very helpful when my room key card was problematic. This hotel is recommended for a vacation in Bandung.
