Hotels in Riau Street

AC dikamar saya bocor kecil dan wastafel mampet. Restaurant nya terlalu kecil dan crowded, staff juga sibuk sehingga pertanyaan dan permintaan kurang cepat mendapat respon.

Enjoyable stay, no complaints, definitely worth the price.

Clean, heart of the city. Near from sabuga and gedung sate.

Untuk breakfast agar lebih bervariasi, untuk pool mohon ditambahkan pegawai untuk peminjaman handuk, dan yg lain good 👌.

Me and my family stay for 2 night in a grand family room. The space are good, but with this room rate it 's lacking refrigerator. There is much improvement on cleanliness during our stay, and the staff are friendly. I think the breakfast menu need to be upgrade.

Ini bukan yang pertama kali saya menginap di hotel De Paviljoen, melainkan ke 3x nya setelah beberapa tahun lalu. Overall its not bad at all, next time please do cross check the quality of towels provided by the hotel. I found a lot of stains on it. Even when the staff changed it, its remain the same. Breakfast was good. Location always perfect. Staff was humble, friendly and helped us a lot.

Not well maintained, dirty, when I stayed in the bathroom the soap and shampoo ran out and were not refilled.

Strategic locations, good restaurant and very kind staffs.

Can't complain anything for this price point, 24h front desk, very polite service.
