I booked this hotel for my family. It was a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable. The amenities were more than adequate. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is strategically located if you want to explore tourist attractions in Bandung, especially around the Riau Street area. Considering the price, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short getaway to Bandung.

The location is in the city center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby if you want to go out. It's close to everywhere. It's very clean. The TV is a smart TV that can stream Netflix, etc. There's also a home-cooked ramen in the lobby. It's very family-friendly, with rooms on both floors for those with children. Overall, it's comfortable.

Everything was fine. The only thing was that the receptionist, a woman, was a bit rude. I'd told her from the start that I didn't want a room far away because I was bringing my parents, but I was given one in the back corner. I asked to be moved, but they said it was full, but I actually noticed no one was occupied, it was still empty. The smell of cigarettes was strong.
