This is my second time at this hotel. I had booked a non-smoking room, but I still got a smoking room. The smell lingered all over the bed. I was easily told it was available and the room was sprayed. I'd been exhausted all day, and I couldn't sleep because of the smell and shortness of breath. This is the last time my family and I will stay at this hotel. We're doomed.

For sleep in the middle of the city, especially Pasar Cihapit.

The hotel is small, the parking is cramped, but everything is made up for by the super duper friendly security 👏🏻 and the FO staff who are also very friendly. The room is small but very clean, even under the bed is clean. The bathroom is clean and dry, the hot water is great. The AC is great, the bed is soft, I will come back here again.

The location is close to everywhere and culinary places, unfortunately yesterday there was a Persib convoy so I couldn't go anywhere.

The sheets were a bit dirty. The room was very small. Even though I'd given a note in advance, even a phone call, it still wasn't properly accommodated. Price is relative.

Check-in experience: It was raining heavily and there were several cars parked in front of the lobby, preventing the car from entering the hotel lobby and causing the family to get wet from the rain. All the facilities and services were good, but check-out was at 12:00 PM, and the room access card was no longer working at 11:00 AM, preventing entry to the room, and the staff arrived promptly.

A minimalist room can make the most of a limited space. The location is very strategic, walking distance to culinary spots (Cuanki Serayu, Pasar Cihapit), and a fair number of clothing stores. Highly recommended for those just looking to sleep.

Clean, tidy, and good breakfast, close to town

The mattress was dirty, there were blood stains underneath, behind the top sheet, more precisely on the blanket.

I recommend staying here. Friendly service, easy access to everything. Great.

The location is good, the facilities are complete, but the room is a bit small. It's probably worth the price, though. Overall, it's good.

The room smelled of cigarettes, I asked for air freshener but the CS took a long time to pick it up, and the staff also took a long time to provide air freshener, I should have been resting but I waited for a smoke-free place, not recommended for staying with a baby like me.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was tidy and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here twice, the place is comfortable even though it's small but enough for a relaxing rest.

The hotel is strategically located, close to Cihapit Market and several restaurants. You can also just walk there. Highly recommended for culinary delights, but the parking lot is cramped and crowded, but there's valet service. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I checked in late yesterday, and my room was on the first floor, so I didn't have a view.
