Thank you to the room service staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room clean daily. Customer service was also very friendly, as was the security guard who assisted with transportation. This was my second stay at the Panen Hotel. Upon check-in, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much, Mr. Dandi. The facilities are excellent: the room was clean and comfortable, and the toilet was also spotless. The hotel's location is in the heart of the city center, making it easy to get around and within walking distance.

The hotel was great and comfortable. The large room can fit 5 people. It is secure because you need a hotel room card for elevator access. There is self-service food at the lobby (paid food) available late at night. The staff was friendly and really helpful.

The location is strategic for culinary and souvenir shopping. The small room is just enough for sleeping and showering. The towels provided had all the seams ripped and some were torn. After protesting, they were given more suitable ones.

The first impression of staying here was quite good although at first I was a bit disappointed because I didn't get a room with a window facing the street, first I was given a non-smoking room even though we booked a smoking room so I had to call the receptionist twice and finally I was moved to a smoking room according to the application I booked, for the size of the room it was very small in my opinion but for the cleanliness of the room it was good, although there were a few cobwebs above near the room light, the TV was already a smart TV that could directly connect to Netflix, completeness: slippers, amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, complementary mineral water, coffee and tea. What I like is that you can request a birthday cake and write your name on it and it's free with a minimum order of 3 days, the cake is also delicious. The parking area is in the basement so it doesn't get wet, for breakfast it's not very varied but for the taste I admit it's really delicious, the menu changes every day, the hotel's location is very strategic on Jalan Riau close to the city center

I've been staying here for a while now. Overall, I'm satisfied. The parking lot is a bit cramped, but don't worry, the staff are very helpful. Just leave your car keys and they'll park it for you.

The only downside was the sheets, which seemed like they weren't replaced due to stains, but they were replaced on the second day. Other than that, the breakfast and the hotel's strategic location were fine. Leftover items were immediately addressed via WhatsApp. The room was also quite comfortable for the price.

The room feels small, ordered a double bed and high floor, but was given a twin bed combined into one and on the first floor. In the bathroom, the hot water doesn't work properly. The sheets and pillowcases look dull and dirty. The hotel towels also look dull and dirty, and are damaged in several places. Hopefully it can be better and cleaner. Thank you

- Very strategic location, close to everything. - Cleanliness is quite good. - The room is small, but enough for one small suitcase, a backpack, and prayer space. - Soundproofing is very poor; people next door can be heard talking and laughing. - Asking for additional drinks is not allowed. In other hotels, I usually ask for them.
