Staying at this hotel in Bali was truly enjoyable. There are plenty of activities for both children and adults. Highly recommended for those looking for some me time with the family. Don't worry if you forget to bring essentials from home, they've prepared them all. Sunscreen, body lotion, bath salts, and even peanut snacks are provided. My kids loved them. The staff are all friendly, from the bellboys, the housekeepers, and the receptionists, they always greet you.

We had a wonderful stay at The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali. This hotel is truly family-friendly and perfect for traveling with kids. The kids club is fun and well-maintained, with many activities that keep children entertained. The swimming pools are great, especially the shallow areas that are safe for kids. The staff are very warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly toward children. The breakfast has plenty of options, including food that kids will enjoy. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable for families. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing family vacation in Bali. Highly recommended for those traveling with kids!

The hotel staff was very friendly. Even though I arrived at the hotel before check-in time, we were still able to check in. However, our room wasn't ready yet, so we left our luggage with the concierge and continued our Bali trip without any hassle. That afternoon, my husband received a WhatsApp message from the hotel that our room was ready. After walking around, we returned to the hotel and checked into our room. It was tidy and our luggage was already there. The room was spacious, clean, well-lit, with plenty of TV channels, and good Wi-Fi. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, with a wide variety of food and a spacious swimming pool.

It’s always great to come back to Aryaduta Hotel. The service always makes us beyond the standard and proudly satisfied. Aryaduta is our first choice when we come visit Bali and has never disappointed us since 2019. The staff are really helpful in what we need, the rooms are huge for our family, and the room services are spotless. Breakfast is always delicious and there are many to choose from, and the best of it is the swimming pool and the location of the hotel as it is in the center of Kartika Plaza (Kuta), everything that we need is just within walking distance. We will definitely come back here again for our next visit and also will recommend this hotel to anyone that needs the best hotel in Kartika Plaza for their family holiday.

Bali, Indonesia's Island of the Gods, remains one of the most popular holiday destinations for Singaporean travellers year after year. With direct flights from Singapore Changi Airport taking just under three hours, Bali offers an accessible tropical escape filled with stunning beaches, ancient temples, lush rice terraces, world-class dining, and vibrant nightlife. Whether you are looking for a luxury villa with a private infinity pool in Seminyak, a serene wellness retreat surrounded by rice paddies in Ubud, or a budget-friendly hotel near the surf breaks of Kuta, Traveloka has thousands of hotel bali options to suit every preference and budget. All prices are displayed in SGD, making it easy for Singaporean travellers to compare and book without currency conversion hassles.

Best Areas to Stay in Bali

Seminyak — Trendy Beach Life & Fine Dining

Seminyak is Bali's most fashionable beach area, known for its upscale boutiques, world-class restaurants, stylish beach clubs, and stunning sunset views. This is the area of choice for Singaporean travellers who enjoy a sophisticated holiday experience with easy access to beach activities during the day and cocktail bars at night. Seminyak's famous beach clubs, including Potato Head and Ku De Ta, draw crowds from around the world with their laid-back luxury atmosphere. Hotels in Seminyak range from chic boutique properties starting at SGD 50 | night to lavish five-star resorts and private villas from SGD 250 | night. The area is also home to some of Bali's best spas, offering traditional Balinese treatments at a fraction of Singapore prices.

Ubud — Culture, Nature & Wellness

Nestled in the highlands of central Bali, Ubud is the island's cultural and artistic heart. The town is surrounded by emerald-green rice terraces, ancient temples, and lush tropical forests. It is the ideal destination for Singaporean travellers seeking tranquillity, wellness retreats, yoga classes, and a deep connection with Balinese culture. The Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Tegallalang Rice Terrace, and the traditional Ubud Market are among the top attractions. Hotels in Ubud often feature breathtaking views of river valleys or rice paddies, with options starting from SGD 30 | night for comfortable guesthouses and going up to SGD 400 | night for ultra-luxury jungle retreats with private pools.

Kuta & Legian — Budget-Friendly & Lively

Kuta is Bali's original tourist hub and remains one of the most affordable areas to stay on the island. Its long stretch of sandy beach is popular with beginner surfers, and the area is packed with shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Neighbouring Legian offers a slightly more relaxed atmosphere while still being close to the action. Hotels in Kuta and Legian are among the most budget-friendly in Bali, with options starting from as low as SGD 20 | night. The area is also the closest beach district to Ngurah Rai International Airport, making it a convenient choice for Singaporean travellers on short trips.

Uluwatu — Dramatic Cliffs & Surf

Perched on the southern tip of the Bukit Peninsula, Uluwatu is known for its dramatic clifftop scenery, world-class surf breaks, and the iconic Uluwatu Temple. The area has undergone rapid development in recent years, with luxury clifftop resorts and trendy beach clubs like Single Fin and Sundays Beach Club drawing a stylish crowd. Hotels in Uluwatu tend to be mid-range to luxury, with prices starting from SGD 70 | night. The Kecak fire dance performance at Uluwatu Temple, set against the backdrop of the sunset over the Indian Ocean, is an unmissable Bali experience.

Nusa Dua — Family-Friendly Luxury

Nusa Dua is Bali's premier resort enclave, designed specifically for upscale tourism. The area features pristine private beaches, manicured gardens, and a collection of international five-star hotel chains. It is the best choice for Singaporean families and couples seeking a safe, comfortable, and luxurious beach holiday. Water sports activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat rides are readily available. Hotels in Nusa Dua typically range from SGD 120 | night to SGD 500 | night, with many offering all-inclusive packages.

Must-Visit Attractions in Bali

Temples of Bali

Bali is home to thousands of Hindu temples, and visiting these sacred sites is an integral part of any trip to the island. Tanah Lot Temple, dramatically perched on a rocky outcrop in the sea, is best visited at sunset. Uluwatu Temple offers equally stunning clifftop views and the famous Kecak dance performance. Tirta Empul Temple near Ubud is known for its sacred spring water purification pools, where visitors can participate in a traditional cleansing ritual. Besakih Temple, also known as the Mother Temple, sits on the slopes of Mount Agung and is the most important temple on the island.

Rice Terraces

The UNESCO-listed Jatiluwih Rice Terraces and the photogenic Tegallalang Rice Terrace near Ubud showcase the ancient Balinese subak irrigation system. Walking through these cascading green landscapes is a profoundly peaceful experience and a stark contrast to the urban density of Singapore. Many rice terrace viewpoints have cafes where you can enjoy a coffee or fresh coconut while taking in the scenery.

Beach Clubs & Nightlife

Bali's beach club scene is a major draw for Singaporean visitors. Potato Head Beach Club in Seminyak, Finns Beach Club in Canggu, and Omnia Dayclub in Uluwatu offer world-class DJ sets, infinity pools, and gourmet food and cocktails in stunning oceanfront settings. The nightlife in Seminyak and Kuta is vibrant, with bars and clubs operating well into the early morning hours.

Getting to Bali from Singapore

Multiple airlines operate direct flights from Singapore Changi Airport to Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport daily. Flight time is approximately two hours and 40 minutes.
