At first, I booked this hotel for 1 night since I'm vip platinum. Because I love this hotel so much, I extended for 2 nights but since it's sold out on the date I'd extend, I check on Traveloka and I was lucky since I booked a higher type (Deluxe with Balcony+Pool View) with a similar price in Traveloka with a new user code. Turns out this hotel was previously managed by Aston (from the utilities in the room) and it's a well-maintained hotel with extraordinary service and facilities. I booked Superior Room and the room size is the same as the Deluxe room, however, the lighting in Superior Room is worse compared to Deluxe which is brighter. I will review the Deluxe room which I booked here in Traveloka. The check out time is 12 PM and the check-in time is 2 PM. However, the FL staffs on all shifts are too friendly and they even gave us the fl whatsApp number so we can call or message them directly for easier service, we told them that we will go out in the morning and back a bit in the afternoon so we will check-out and check-in later, they did offer us to move our luggage room-to-room but we said that we want to put our belongings in the lobby to be safe, and they really waited for us to return back to the hotel at night and arrange the luggage distribution from the lobby to the room and they said they are worried if they move it by themselves since we could be unhappy since we told them not to do that in the morning. The balcony is spacious and they attached a privacy wall for each balcony so we can enjoy the balcony without bothering the neighbour's room. They provide 2 water bottles, complete toiletries, a hairdryer, a kettle, coffee & tea like usual. The AC is super cool and it's still cool inside the room without the AC. TV has multiple international and local channels. The washroom is clean with enough lighting, there is a shower + bathtub in both the Superior and Deluxe rooms and the hot water is so good and hot! I loved it! The overall cleanliness in the hotel is superb. But since this Deluxe room is not occupied/booked for 1 week (info from the room service), it was quite dirty and itching but the room service cleaned our room perfectly. They will give you a welcome drink once you check in and they even gave me quick check-in before 2 since the room is ready before that time. Breakfast is excellent with various choices from starters, main courses and dessert, but not as best as the similar 4 stars hotel I stayed in Bali. The fitness centre is open from 6 am to 11 pm and there are many of equipment to use and it's all still well-maintained. The spa and Fitness room is just beside the breakfast area on the 2nd floor. I can't give any info about the spa service but the staff in the spa area is also very kind. The pool is clean and I can see them cleaning the pool regularly. The rooftop bar is permanently closed already. The only minus point about this hotel is there are so many interns working there. Although their service is excellent I am not complaining at all when they gave me plain scrambled egg without any seasoning on my first breakfast and on the second day, I told them to put seasoning to it and they were sorry for their mistake a day before and they gave me a nice scrambled egg with seasoning and give me extra S&P if I'm still not satisfied with that. Lastly, the location is not near the beach, but you can reach many popular locations within close distance by foot and by online taxi (AirAsia ride, grab). I will definitely recommend this hotel and love everything in this hotel during my stay.
