Yuliarti rated it 10/10 and left a review: “Positive facilities: all okay. Both inside the room and outside. All use high quality. Top, the food served at the restaurant at breakfast is also great. Service: super cool. You can get the best view room request even though it's New Year's Eve. The check in check out process is also not long-winded. Hygiene and health protocols: good, the restaurant is served for food pick-up so it's hygienic. Negative: in the application, if it's not pick season, it doesn't sell bay view room types, room details are not explained what the view is. Yesterday, booking ahead of time, there was no bay view room opened, so I don't know there is a difference in the price of the room type, but you can also get the corner so there is a bay view even though the window is not big. Please open all types of rooms every day, thank you. If there is a chance, I want to staycation here again”
Haivan K. A. rated it 10/10 and left a review: “The second time staying at a highly recommended hotel. Radisson Batam, a comfortable, clean and beautiful hotel. Very satisfying overall service from check in to check out which is simple and easy. Thank you Radisson Batam Hotel Management for upgrading my room 🙏. This is an extraordinary experience and surprise that is rarely found in 5 class hotels. Thank you very much to the front office team of Radisson Hotel Batam (Bang Misael Royen, Kak Nurul, Kak Sri) who are very humble, friendly & polite🙏. Next time, I will always come back to Radisson when I visit Batam 👍”
Astrid K. rated it 10/10 and left a review: “This hotel is very new... it has beautiful ambience, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, i've got the room with view to the lake, it's beautiful and refreshing, green everywhere, my eyes are being spoiled.. the breakfast is very good too... they also have an amazing pool, the view here is breathtakingly gorgeous... This hotel location is in the center of city, I need only 15min to the airport, and they say it also take only 10 min to the international port... I definitely recommend my friends to stay here... and I will be back...”

Bayu rated it 9.7/10 and left a review: “We are a family of four staying in family room. This hotel is pretty old but we found it to be clean, with impeccable service staff. The best part is the location, within walking distance (500 m to 1 km) to activities such as gokart, futsal court and belalang adventure park (paintball, archery, flying fox, ATV). The area map in hotel lobby is outdated, so it ' s best to ask hotel staff and people along the way. There is free shuttle bus swrvice to major shopping malls, although not as frequent as we would have like. Breakfast verdict: Not so good on sunday but fresh and delicious on monday. Maybe the crowd or cook ' s roster play a part.”
Alfan Z. A. rated it 10/10 and left a review: “Breakfast score 10, for room 10, bathroom 9 (there is a puddle in the bathroom after getting ready to take a shower) overall good service from staff. Thank for chef Alvin teams, thanks for front office teams.”
July H. rated it 10/10 and left a review: “Very comfortable place to stay. The in-room dining experience was remarkable, the foods were delicious. There is a supermarket within walking distance from the hotel. Overall very satisfied with the stay.”

There are lots of eating places, restaurants, 24hrs marts & clubbing areas which are within walking distance (it 's really safe there). Rooms are comfortable, clean & well maintained. The hotel receptionist & staffs are very friendly & helpful. They even helped me with the decorations for my wife 's surprise birthday dinner. Really enjoyed my experience there & will surely stay there again if I'm planning to go to Batam in the future. Thank you!”

Jin C. T. rated it 9.7/10 and left a review: “This resort is well kept and would recommend it to anyone who loves the sea, however you need to pick the right time of the year to have better sea conditions for fishing and snorkeling due to the monsoon seasons for the south china sea. Staffs there are like a big family and they try their best and they are very good at their work and great services rendered. I have only one issue that was the land transfer that broke down and caused delay and we missed our lunch at the jetty to the resort.”
