The best hotel room we've ever booked. Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Thankfully, we got a great deal on a weekday, only around IDR 400,000.

I really enjoyed my stay at Zest Hotel Harbour Bay Batam. Its location is very strategic, especially for travelers wanting to cross to Singapore, as it is close to the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are also many food options around the hotel, from local cuisine to modern restaurants and cafes, so it's very easy to find food at any time. The Harbour Bay area is also pleasant for walking around. My favorite thing is the morning atmosphere. Many people jog and exercise around the hotel area while enjoying the fresh morning air. The environment feels lively yet comfortable and pleasant to start the day. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for those looking for a hotel with a strategic location, easy ferry access, and a comfortable area to enjoy Batam.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is located close to the city center, the rooms and hotel area are clean, the view from the window is very nice because it can see the atmosphere of Batam city, the food is varied and very tasty, the service in the restaurant is also very friendly.
