My review: this place is great and comfortable. I came here for anniversay staycation. They provide wide parking lot, garden, swimming pool and fitnessplace. I love the room is so spacious. Got bathub, and mini walking closet. The staffs also so kind and informative. One thing I love the most is the breakfast, food is so delicious. Love it. My constructive feedback: you guys might want to add towel bars on the bathroom. So then we could hang the towel after use.

2 stars hotel with 5 stars services! They really strict with covid 19 prevention protocol. Also, one of the services that makes me in awww is when I had dinner on their restaurant. the chef found out I didn’t eat the egg yolk because it is half boiled egg and she over to re-cooked the egg if I don't like the half boiled egg. It was so nice gesture from her. Also one guy at restaurant that had me having his lighter as I don't have mine. Its awesome! They really paid attention into details

The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

What a great experience stayed on this hotel. The location was great! I love to take a walk near the harbour bay in the morning, even the nightlife was plenty of attractions. The room was clean and had great fragrance. All the facilities was doing well. The staff very helpful. Thank you very much.

The wifi is very bad. It did not work at all. Traveloka should not offer wifi as a facility for this hotel.

The paste and shampoo they provided was expired in 2021. Refrigerator and intercom was not working. Access card work very rarely, need to walk and call reception guys for help. But they help immediately.

The hotel location okay price okay before covid hotel rates including breakfast now no more even the price never really increase too much.
