Staff were friendly right from the very first glass door I entered until my exit. I was attended to by a front desk gentleman by the name of Okky. He was very presentable, professional, eloquent, helpful, and cheerful. Very attentive to my needs and details and accommodating. The staff, from the bell attendants and reception team to the breakfast attendants, were all very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The room was comfortable and pleasant, with a good variety of breakfast options as well. Iron can be borrowed from reception. Overall, the service was very satisfying and definitely worth the price. The hotel is also conveniently located just a short walk from Grand Batam Mall. Very good location.

I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I arrived at the entrance on the first day until the last day I checked out with the friendliness of the front office staff, especially Mr. Marsudi, the hotel security guard who was very helpful in helping us when we had a lot of luggage... Mr. Marsudi was the solution... His warm smile and respectful greeting made us very flattered.

Very budget friendly, very clean. Provided shampoo + body soap, toothbrushes + toothpaste, 2 bottles of water. Love how the check out time was at 1pm too. To think they provided breakfast despite it being a budget hotel is crazy. Breakfast was good though, no complains at all. Had breakfast twice, both days there were coffee, tea, water, white rice, a fried rice dish, a noodle dish, keropok, a potato dish, a vegetable dish, 2 different type of fruits, and a dessert (the green bean soup was amazing I took seconds). The surrounding area is also pretty convenient, there's a seafood place (Yong Kee) down the road, nasi padang (did not end up eating here) too, there's even a photo studio (Sumi Space) and cafe (Fryday Brew) 200m away. Near the malls and basically right at Nagoya area where there's quite a lot of activities. Highly recommend this hotel for a budget stay. Location is also very convenient with grab too
