I think the staff should be a bit more proactive. The parking area is quite far from the accommodation, and if guests have already had a long, tiring day, it would be nice if the staff could offer a ride without waiting to be asked. Sometimes, a simple gesture like offering transportation can make a big difference. There’s really nothing wrong with taking the initiative and making guests feel more comfortable.

The place is nice and clean. The only problem is that transportation to the room or even from the lobby to the room is a bit difficult, with long waits.
