The hotel staff is very friendly. Upon first arrival, I was very welcomed, and the room was very spacious. The kids were happy to stay here. The food was quite good, the cake from Endulita Manja was stunning. The view is also beautiful. It was sunny today, even though it was pouring rain when I checked in. I'll come back sometime.

Highly recommended for families, with a wide selection of activities for children. The breakfast menu is also varied. A suggestion: During peak season or busy times, check-in could be expedited or differentiated between walk-ins and reservations. When I checked in yesterday during a very busy time, it took a long time because not everyone in the queue had a reservation.

I think the staff should be a bit more proactive. The parking area is quite far from the accommodation, and if guests have already had a long, tiring day, it would be nice if the staff could offer a ride without waiting to be asked. Sometimes, a simple gesture like offering transportation can make a big difference. There’s really nothing wrong with taking the initiative and making guests feel more comfortable.
