Starting from the arrival to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, we were warmly greeted by the staff arranging the shuttle pickup. The transit journey was smooth, arriving at the lobby, check-in was great. There was a welcome dinner for the Lunar New Year provided as part of a warm celebration for the hotel guests. Rooms were suitably sized, I was given a king size bed, enough for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids. There is a small bed to act as a cushion to prevent the kids from falling. Many swimming pools to use! The kids loved it. Breakfast options suit my tastebuds. Travel to the shopping malls may require 30 minutes, but the scenic and quiet surroundings allowed for a short break and relaxation.

Resort is about 40 minutes from Batam Center & Grand Mall. Grab costs about Rp. 100,000, so you should not waste time waiting for the free shuttle service. The room was spacious and clean, but looked worn-out. Daily breakfast was okay with varieties; it needs improvement on taste & quality. There are few activities you can do at the resort. The overall stay was pleasant, good for short family weekend getaways :)
