This is my second stay. After the first time in April and being well served by Ms. Nensi, and this time I also met Ms. Nensi. Unfortunately, the two days before were full, so I only got one day to stay this time. We had dinner at the hotel and were well served. There was a miscommunication with our order, and Mas Kadek was very helpful in replacing it with a new one. Makes me want to come back again. This hotel gets 1000 thumbs up. Thank you, okay?

Really nice experience. It's a huge hotel as you can use other Ayana's facilities. So you don't have to go outside the hotel, have everything inside. Kids playground, a lot of pools, restaurants, and a rooftop pool and bar.

My 3 nights stay at Grnd Whiz Nusa Dua Bali was very memorable. Just arrived greeted with a welcome drink. Friendly Lobby staff ... fast service when checking in ... many helped to show the room I booked ... all rooms are separate like villas have their own buildings so it doesn't feel like a hotel but with hotel services ... basically satisfied staying at grand whiz nusa dua Bali.
